Homeopathy is a form of holistic medicine by which the underlying constitution of a person is strengthened, resulting in a shift toward health.

Symptoms are the body's way of expressing a lack of balance. In homeopathy symptoms are seen as road signs directing the homeopath to the remedy which matches the persons total symptom "picture." All symptoms as well as personal qualities are used in considering which remedy a person's needs.

There are many conditions and symptoms for which homeopathy can be effective. Best of all, the correct homeopathic remedy can assist as person towards whole health and a better sense of well-being, energy and balance.

Homeopathy is great for all stages in life - childhood ailments such as ear infections and colic, teen skin conditions stress and anxiety, painful periods, chronic pain such as migraines or joint pain, depression and anxiety, sleep problems, skin conditions, respiratory ailments such as asthma and allergies, digestive problems (including acid reflux and IBS), chronic low energy, symptoms associated with menopause - to name just a few.

Dr. Sandra Kamiak brings an integrative medicine approach of body-mind-spirit into her practice.

Dr. Kamiak has a general practice in Classical Homeopathy, treating acute and chronic ailments.

She graduated from Rush Medical School, completed post-doctoral training at UCSF, in San Francisco and then pursued further training in transpersonal therapy. She then attended & graduated from the prestigious Hahnemann College of Homeopathy, being trained in classical homeopathy.

Energy -vibrational medicine is her passion, along with growth-oriented counseling and healthy weight loss. Her focus is on the uniqueness of each individual, along with our larger connection of Oneness at this special time on the planet. Her practice is located in the South Bay.

Misha Cohen, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist and Clinical Director of Chicken Soup Chinese Medicine, has been practicing traditional Asian medicine for more than 27 years. Dr. Cohen has written numerous articles, appeared on national radio and TV, and is author of books including The Chinese Way to Healing: Many paths to Wholeness. She is recognized internationally as a senior teacher and leading expert in traditional Chinese medicine.
